MARPA Member 1:1 Meetings

MARPA members can participate in this exciting roundtable-style session between air carriers and manufacturers/suppliers! MARPA Member 1:1 Meetings will take place on May 7th during the 2026 MARPA EMEA Conference in Frankfurt, Germany.

All MARPA members and air carriers registered for the Conference are eligible to participate, but all participants must have signed up prior to the deadline on April 17, 2026.      

WHY SHOULD AIR CARRIERS PARTICIPATE IN THE ONE-ON-ONE MEETINGS?
PMA parts provide safety and reliability, cutting down lead times with competitive pricing. You'll meet manufacturers and solutions providers who can offer new opportunities and options to meet the needs of your program.  Your team can host multiple tables and meet with more manufacturers, too. This is a great way to introduce a new team member to your suppliers! Sometimes events can leave you feeling "peopled out", but this session lets you network with "breathing room" built in between each meeting.

WHY SHOULD MANUFACTURERS JOIN ONE-ON-ONES?
Meet with current customers and those you wish were your customers. Meet a carrier whose fleet is just right for your parts, or who would benefit from your wealth of knowledge as a consultant. Arrive prepared with a schedule of meetings to show your management the value of attending the Conference as a MARPA Member. Just one sale could cover your travel costs to the event and then some! Every meeting is an opportunity.

GUIDELINES:

• Air Carrier participants will remain at tables positioned alphabetically by company as suppliers rotate as scheduled, in a roundtable manner. 
• All participants must be registered to attend the Conference, and signed up for the session prior to the deadline 
• No more than two representatives per air carrier or per supplier, per meeting
• Carriers may have multiple tables for the same operator
• Meeting timeslots will be provided to all participants via email prior to the event
• Only one supplier sign-up per dues-paying MARPA Member company in good standing needs to sign up for their company; any additional submissions from participating supplier companies will be removed
• Submissions from non-members will be held for 48hrs , during which their POC must bring their membership into good standing; failure to do so will result in a disqualified submission
• Subsidiary companies under corporate membership, that do not pay individual membership dues, are not considered as individual entities for this purpose
• Each meeting will be equally timed in length, with a brief buffer between meetings; meeting times are determined by number of sign-ups
• At the end of each timeslot, a chime will indicate the end of the meeting
• Supplier participants are asked to vacate the meeting table when their meeting concludes
• A break will be provided for all participants during the session
• Intentional loitering in the meeting room will not be tolerated during the session
• Once meetings have been scheduled and sent to participants, MARPA will not alter meeting schedules for either supplier or carrier participants
• MARPA is unable to reschedule meetings for participants who signed up to participate but unable to attend the session as scheduled

• Please notify a MARPA staff member if assistance is required during the session

MARPA Member to Member Carrier 1:1 Meetings are a benefit for MARPA members only. All categories and types of membership are eligible to participate. Please note that all qualified air carriers registering to attend the Conference are members in good standing, and have been provided with complimentary MARPA membership. All other members should contact MARPA with any questions about their company's membership standing.
