Connect with PMA air carriers and manufacturers/suppliers through scheduled, roundtable-style 1:1 meetings during the 2026 MARPA Conference.

All MARPA members registered for the Conference are eligible to participate, but must sign up by October 29, 2026. The MARPA Member 1:1 Meetings are available exclusively to MARPA members. Qualified air carriers registering for the Conference automatically receive complimentary MARPA membership.

Air Carriers: Why Participate?

• Meet new PMA suppliers and strengthen existing relationships
• Find parts that can help reduce costs and lead times
• Focus meetings on your team's specific needs
• Schedule meetings in advance with suppliers you want to meet
• Bring colleagues from different departments to maximize opportunities
• Introduce new members of your team to the PMA industry

• Meet current and potential customers
• Start the Conference with a schedule of targeted meetings
• Showcase your products and capabilities
• Answer questions directly from air carriers in real time
• Build relationships and create new sales opportunities

How the 1:1 Meetings Work

• Air carriers remain at tables arranged alphabetically by operator
• Suppliers rotate between carrier tables according to their meeting schedule
• Each meeting will be the same length, as determined by the number of participants, with a short buffer period between meetings
• A chime will signal the end of each meeting timeslot, and suppliers leave the table
• Intentional loitering is not permitted
• Meeting schedules will be emailed to participants before the Conference
• A maximum of two representatives per air carrier or supplier may participate in each meeting.
• Carriers may have multiple tables for the same operator
• A break will be provided during the session
• Notify staff for assistance during the session

Participation Requirements

• Participants must be registered for the 2026 MARPA Conference
• Participants must sign up for the 1:1 Meetings by October 29, 2026
• The meetings are a MARPA member benefitfor all membership categories but members must be in good standing for the 2026-2027 dues year
• Only one sign-up per dues-paying supplier member company is required; duplicate submissions will be removed
• Subsidiaries covered under a corporate membership are not considered separate member companies for this purpose
• Members should contact MARPA with questions about their company's membership status
• Non-member submissions will be held for up to 48 hours, provided membership is brought into good standing by October 29. Otherwise, the submission will be disqualified

Scheduling & Attendance

Once meeting schedules have been sent, MARPA cannot change or reschedule meetings for individual participants. If you sign up but cannot attend, please notify MARPA staff via email at marpa@pmaparts.org
