About the MARPA Annual Conference

The MARPA 2012 Conference will be held October 3-5, 2011 at the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel. We are very excited about the 2012 Conference. There is a great deal of change happening in the industry and our program and agenda will reflect this. You can also look forward to an expanded workshop program on the first day and an expanded exhibit floor during the conference. We also look forward to announcing some of the work that we've been accomplishing over the past year on behalf of the members, including some programs that should provide some new direct benefits to MARPA members.

Since 2001, MARPA has hosted annual conferences that bring together experts and leaders within the PMA industry and regulatory realm to tackle key issues facing the modification and replacement parts arena.

The Eleventh Annual MARPA Conference, held in 2011, was our largest meeting ever. It was held at the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel in the fall. We welcomed 289 people to the Conference and we are planning for the 2012 Conference to be even bigger.

The 2012 conference will provide another excellent opportunity for senior executives, design and engineering staff, quality assurance staff, and compliance staff with PMA manufacturing companies to keep abreast of major trends in the industry. Additionally, air carriers, MROs, leasing companies, and corporate/private operators who purchase spare parts or review or approve PMA alternatives will appreciate the information about the changing legal standards as well as the opportunity to interact with this fast-growing segment of civil aviation.

Membership and other discounts for the 2012 Conference expire September 28, 2012 (some discounts expire ealier - see the discount offer for details). Please do not send registrations to the office after that date, as there will be no one to accept and process them. After that date, all other registrations will be taken at the door at the undiscounted per person price.
